Job Description
As a Lead Associate on the Collateral and Quality Risk Management (CQRM) Shared Services - Business Office team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. This position is designed for professionals with at least 2+ years of experience in program support, project coordination, or business operations. You will collaborate with business teams and contribute to enterprise-wide efforts that drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.

* Lead and coordinate programs and initiatives that support CQRM’s strategic priorities, organizational growth, and people development.
* Prepare executive-level communications for internal and external audiences, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
* Co-develop and design professional training materials and presentations with internal business teams, supporting key business operations and resiliency.
* Facilitate meetings and working sessions, ensuring alignment and accountability across business and project teams.
* Contribute to process improvement efforts and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
* Champion initiatives that foster a healthy organizational culture and drive alignment to core values.
*THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM*
*Minimum Qualifications *
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience supporting programs or projects in a business or risk management setting.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Preferred Qualifications *
* Experience in housing finance, mortgage operations, or risk management.
* Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management platforms.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work with diverse teams.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
