Responsibilities You will work across the enterprise to interpret/manage user needs within the limitations set by policy. You will apply journey-to-senior level knowledge of Nuclear Weapons Security Systems to the development of Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) Training Systems. You will charter and lead the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS) Training Systems Working Group (ITSWG), a collaborative environment for holistic training systems management across all INWSS stakeholders. You will develop and maintain INWSS training systems functional requirement You will evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of deployed NWS training systems via the establishment, recording, and analysis of metrics. You will advocate, plans, and manage sustainment activity for NWS Training Systems via the ITSWG, Operations Support Working Group, unfunded meetings, and SSP Board of Directors led budget planning/execution process. You will develop Statement of Work (SOW) language in support of assigned efforts. You will assess changes to program/project execution to determine the need for, and recommended prioritization of, changes to in-execution alignment of resources to minimize negative impacts to training programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: working with Nuclear Weapons Security training systems development/sustainment, budget, and contract management. You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Integration branch at Navy Strategic Systems Programs. You will assist in the integration of a portfolio including fielded, modernized, and future strategic and theater nuclear weapons systems and strike systems. This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) Business & Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.
