Job Description

As an Operations Integrator supporting the USAFE mission in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Maven Smart System (MSS), Palantir Foundry, and Gaia within a mission environment that demands agility, precision, and innovation. You’ll integrate cutting-edge data and AI capabilities into Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operating Picture (COP) systems—empowering operators and analysts with enhanced situational understanding and actionable intelligence.

You’ll bridge technical expertise with mission awareness, ensuring the systems and data products you help deploy directly strengthen EUSAFEs operational readiness and allied collaboration across the European theater.

Lead the integration of advanced AI, data, and visualization systems into existing EUCOM mission frameworks, including CIP/COP environments.

Collaborate with command and mission stakeholders to define requirements and deliver mission-tailored technical solutions.

Design, develop, and implement use cases that demonstrate MSS and Foundry capabilities in operational settings.

Conduct hands-on training and provide on-site technical support for users of MSS, Foundry, and Gaia.

Ensure effective data flow, interoperability, and integration across multiple defense systems.

Partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and operators to identify performance gaps and recommend enhancements.

Deliver clear documentation, after-action insights, and capability briefs to senior leadership.

Drive innovation and ensure alignment with EUCOM and DoD digital modernization strategies.

Targeting between $110-170K

Skills and Requirements

Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Equivalent experience considered: Associate degree + 7 years, or 11+ years of specialized experience.

Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gaia platforms.

Proven background in data integration, visualization, and analytics.

Experience supporting Geographic Combatant Command Air Operations Center (AOC)missions.

Familiarity with Maven Smart System (MSS) integration and AI/ML-enabled decision support tools.

Understanding of CIP/COP modernization, situational awareness frameworks, or C2 systems.
