    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a Business Insights Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming Agile data into actionable insights.

     

    The ideal candidate has experience working with Atlassian Analytics or developing customized dashboards derived from Jira or Jira Align.

     

    Candidates local to Atlanta, GA – Must be willing to commute into the office 3 days/week while on contract. This will increase to 4 days/week if converted to a full-time associate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain custom dashboards and reporting solutions using Atlassian Analytics

    • Analyze Agile metrics and product management data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.

    • Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives that support strategic decision-making.

    • Support Agile operations by providing tailored reporting regarding mapping dependencies, tracking OKRs, and evaluating epics and features.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • SQL proficiency for building and optimizing queries.

    • Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.

    • Experience with Atlassian Analytics or Jira / Jira Align reporting.

    • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, terminology, and tooling.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
