Job Description
The role involves conducting daily inspections as a primary responsibility, along with performing special inspections in qualified areas. It includes leading construction progress meetings and conducting preliminary reviews of submittals, RFIs, RFCs, and other documents to ensure completeness before forwarding them to engineers for formal evaluation. The individual is also responsible for reviewing and accepting project schedule updates and schedules of values, as well as performing initial assessments of change orders. Additional duties include generating and maintaining the project punch list in collaboration with project engineers, reviewing and recommending construction pay applications, and periodically verifying the accuracy of contractor record drawings. The role also supports start-up and commissioning activities as needed.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of construction experience including water and wastewater plants, pipelines, and pumping facilities
Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training
Project lead experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to travel regularly and be working in the field full time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
