Job Description
Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations. Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision. Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor [RMS] activities). Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity. Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process. Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. Performs destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks
• Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance
• Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program
• Help programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs
• Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports
Required: High School Diploma AND 2+ years’ experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Required: Previous experience working in a data center environment.

Skills and Requirements
• Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required
• 0-2 years experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
19-25/h
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
