Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean up current books and backlog to ensure team is ready for audit.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain and reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts.
- Process payroll and related tax filings.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a full charge capacity.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Auditing experience
