    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Medical Receptionist to support employee health operations onsite at Intel. This role is ideal for a team player with strong customer service skills and a background in medical office administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet and check in patients at two onsite health locations (Site 1: 75–120 patients/day; Site 2: 40–50 patients/day)

     

    Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently

     

    Verify insurance, demographics, and referrals using Epic

     

    Handle workers’ compensation documentation and referrals

     

    Accept and process payments related to past visits

     

    Support daily front office operations and maintain a welcoming environment

    Skills and Requirements

    2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, etc. experience

     

    Must have 2+ years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, medical setting

     

    Proficiency with Epic

     

    Experience with registration, insurance verification, demographics, & referrals

     

    Experience with Microsoft Office tools

     

    Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
