    Job Description

    An employer is searching for a Mid-level .NET Development Team Lead in the Annapolis, MD area. This person will be responsible for leading a team of 3 developers in development within ASP.NET, C#, and Angular. They will be reporting directly to the director of IT and will eventually have input in the hiring process of other potential employees. The environment itself is a hybrid Agile/Waterfall windows-based shop. Angular will be used for the development of the client side of systems while the server-side is based on C#. The most important requirement of this position is having a very strong background in development within Angular. Additionally, this person needs to have experience with HTML 5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for optimization of Web APIs for both desktop and mobile users.

    Skills and Requirements

    - 5+ years in a development role, ideally focused on .NET technologies.

     

    - Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently

     

    Front-End Development

     

    - Strong experience with Angular (version 13+, ideally up to 18).

     

    - Expertise in Reactive Forms, Responsive Web Design, and Reactive Design.

     

    - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (hard requirement).

     

    - Ability to discuss responsive design concepts fluently.

    Back-End Development

    - Strong experience with ASP.NET and .NET Core for building secure Web APIs.

     

    - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework Core, and ensuring smooth application performance. - Angular JS is preferred but not required

     

    - Agile development experience

    Security expertise:

    - API security, JWT, and familiarity with security scans.

     

    Additional Tools & Practices

     

    - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps (preferred).

     

    - Comfortable using Visual Studio.

     

    - Agile development exposure (nice to have, not mandatory).
