    Clinical Lead

    Are you an experienced human services professional with youth Foster Care experience? Bring your clinical and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As the Clinical Lead, you will support the company’s mission of delivering quality service to individuals by overseeing therapeutic services and case management, ensuring that the Mentor program meets the needs of the individuals served.

    _Job Duties:_

    + Manage and accept referrals. Initiate appropriate communication with clinical and operations teams based on the needs of referred individuals to facilitate appropriate placement and/or services.

    + Administer the referral process; work with the clinical and operations teams to facilitate individual placement and obtain appropriate services for individuals.

    + Engage in Monthly Meetings with External Partners

    + Create files for new individuals and ensure intake paperwork has been completed/requested.

    + Input data and complete all placement paperwork, identifying problems and resolving issues that would prevent successful documentation/entry.

    + Complete all reporting requirements consistent with corporate and regulatory standards.

    + Responsible for the annual contractual review process for Host Home Providers

    + Provide information to the matching team on homes with availability for placement

    + Maintain and audit files regularly for compliance

    + Work with the management team to develop and implement a Mentor retention plan

    + Coordinate ongoing Mentor appreciation activities and develop continuing education sessions

    + Apply knowledge and understanding of programs, policies, procedures, and information to serve as a resource and assist others in resolving administrative issues within scope of authority.

    + Assist with emergency coverage and crisis intervention support as needed.

    _Qualifications:_

    + Bachelor’s degree in human services and two years of related human services experience preferred

    + An equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Meet all state-specific regulatory requirements

    + Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

    + Effective communication skills to manage relationships
