BAE Systems is seeking a team contributor in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to join a growing dynamic group of engineers developing leading edge capabilities in Active and Passive Sensing. You will be a technical member of the Tactical Aircraft (TacAir) Systems Engineering Group that is responsible for supporting design, development, integration, implementation, test and verification/validation of EW systems across multiple business areas. As a team engineer level contributor, you will be responsible for and support technologies on next-generation military/commercial applications. You will also perform, delivering technical value, in the role of a Systems Engineer, for programs ranging from developing prototypes, full rate production, and sustainment of systems. This position will require you to be onsite in either Nashua NH or Manchester NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed **full-time on site** . This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. See what you re missing. Required Education, Experience, & Skills 1. Active Secret clearance 2. BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in field 3. Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools. 4. Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs. 5. Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment. 6. Some knowledge of C or other software programming languages. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 1. MS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in field 2. Knowledge of Systems Engineering and life cycle processes stages (such as waterfall, spiral, agile/scrum and Vee) and process milestone execution decision gating reviews 3. Understanding of the applications of active and passive sensing in the Electronic Warfare (EW) field 4. RF theory experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
