Job Description
In this role, you will own the end-to-end process for engineering bulletins across multiple data center projects. You’ll triage bulletins from program-level design teams and ensure timely delivery to sites in design and construction phases. A key part of your work will be tracking adoption status across all sites, maintaining accurate dashboards, and reporting progress to leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and program management teams to resolve ambiguities and drive alignment on design changes. Additionally, you’ll identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline bulletin distribution and tracking. Clear communication will be essential as you provide stakeholders with updates on bulletin impact, timelines, and required actions.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure, construction, or large-scale engineering environments.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage complex, multi-site workflows.
• Background in construction management or experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Technical understanding of at least one core discipline: electrical, mechanical, or structural engineering.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical updates into actionable steps for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and tracking systems (e.g., dashboards, project management platforms).
• Ability to build or optimize tracking systems for bulletin visibility and compliance. • Experience in data center environments or global infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
