    Job Description

    Job Summary: Develop and maintain backend services for the Customer Data Store platform as part of the Bangalore engineering team. Focus on core service development, API implementation, and system reliability.

     

    Essential Responsibilities: - Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot - Implement APIs and microservices - Build reactive services where required - Write unit and integration tests - Participate in code reviews - Implement business logic and features - Support service deployment and monitoring - Document implementations - Collaborate with team members - Support IST timezone operations

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Required Qualifications: - 2-5 years of backend development experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Strong Java programming skills - Experience with Spring Boot - Understanding of microservices concepts - Knowledge of API development - Testing experience

     

    Technical Skills Required: - Java development (Java 21+) with Spring Boot - RESTful API development - Basic understanding of reactive programming - Maven/Gradle and Git - JUnit and testing frameworks - Understanding of cloud concepts - Basic DevOps knowledge Preferred Qualifications: - GCP services experience - Reactive programming with Spring WebFlux - Experience with distributed systems - Knowledge of data platforms
