    Job Description

    This large Municipality is looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead to be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple technology initiatives. Primarily focused in Salesforce implementations, system integrations, data migrations, and custom application development and from planning through delivery. The role serves as the central coordination point between IT teams, vendors, and business departments, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards while aligning with municipal goals and compliance standards. The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple technology initiatives — primarily Salesforce implementations, system integrations, data migrations, and custom application development — from planning through delivery. The role serves as the central coordination point between IT teams, vendors, and business departments, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards while aligning with municipal goals and compliance standards. This role will be 100% onsite.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    6+ Years in a Delivery Lead role

     

    Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, data lakes)

     

    Experience with data migration strategy and validation

     

    Excellent project management and leadership abilities (Agile/Hybrid)

     

    Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and IT Familiarity with public sector compliance and procurement processes
