Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Financial System Support Technician II to provide advanced support for financial applications and enterprise systems. This role is responsible for handling complex break-fix issues, managing user permissions, and generating and analyzing financial reports. The Technician II will make informed decisions on issue resolution, mentor Level I technicians, and ensure all support activities are accurately tracked in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical business users and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires deep knowledge of enterprise-level financial systems, with experience in Oracle (highly preferred) and Epic being essential. Candidates should demonstrate technical aptitude for troubleshooting, configuring system settings, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Skills and Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in financial system or enterprise application support.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and ticketing workflows.
• Strong knowledge of financial applications (Oracle highly preferred; Epic experience is a plus).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage user permissions.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills. • Experience running and analyzing financial reports.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level environments and security protocols.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
