    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Customer Support Engineer with the ability to ensure optimum operational performance for hardware related to 3D Printers installed at the customers’ site. The individual is expected to provide advanced technical support for their additive manufacturing systems, with a focus on Stereolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technologies. They will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding customers through complex problem resolution, and working closely with engineering and field service teams to ensure optimal system performance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3+ Years of experience in a technical support, field service or related role

     

    -SLS and/or SLA 3D printing knowledge

     

    -Salesforce or ServiceMax ticketing support experience -Mechanical or Engineering experience

     

    -excellent communication and go-getter mentality

     

    -Experience within 3D printing, industrial equipment, or high-tech manufacturing industry
