Job Description
We are seeking two hands-on, mechanically minded Technicians to support a large-scale capital equipment project within our lab environment. This role is part of a dynamic team focused on testing and prototyping for a cryoablation console. The work is highly collaborative and involves direct interaction with temporal equipment and other lab-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hands-on testing and data collection in a lab setting
Operate and maintain temporal equipment
Support prototyping and mechanical development efforts
Use spreadsheets and macros to analyze and report test data
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on project tasks
Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and results

Skills and Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in a lab or hands-on technical environment
Background: Preferably from capital equipment or automotive industries; medical device experience is not required and may be less ideal
Skills:
Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude
Experience with prototyping and testing
Familiarity with CAT tools
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Education:
Associate’s degree preferred
Bachelor’s degree acceptable if in biology, physics, or similar (engineering degrees may be overqualified) Candidates will be working primarily in the lab with some computer-based data analysis
This is a high-impact project with significant visibility and collaboration across a large team
Opportunities for growth into more analytical or desk-based roles exist over time
