As a **Health & Safety Specialist** **(m/f/d)** , you will lead initiatives to ensure safe working environments and compliance with the highest regulatory standards. The mission will be to anticipate risks, implement effective solutions, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

This position will be based in our Plant in Medina del Campo (Valladolid- Spain).

What** **y** **ou** **will** **d** **o

+ Analyze incidents, first aid cases, and occupational illnesses, proposing corrective actions and coordinating their implementation.

+ Coordinate all activities for the safe use of lead and other chemicals.

+ Conduct internal safety audits and report findings to senior management.

+ Implement and maintain safety programs and procedures documented in BOS.

+ Develop training programs on safety and the safe use of lead for management teams, employees, and contractors.

+ Improve and modify the Safety Management System to protect the organization against litigation and prosecution.

+ Communicate H&S performance to management and collaborate with the purchasing team to identify cost-saving opportunities related to Health and Safety.

+ Organize and implement standardized personal protective programs to ensure correct PPE is provided.

What** **m** **akes** **y** **ou** **a** **good** **fit

+ Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent qualification.

+ Extensive experience with the European regulatory landscape, particularly in industrial and manufacturing contexts.

+ Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment.

+ Proven management capabilities with strong organizational skills.

+ Solid experience in project management.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

+ Fluency in English.
