Description

+ Design and execute strategic workforce plans for production, technical, professional, and entry\-level positions, aligning talent acquisition strategies—including university recruiting programs—with organizational goals and future workforce needs\. Leverage campus partnerships, internship pipelines, and early\-career development initiatives to ensure a sustainable talent supply for critical roles\.
+ Set and implement sourcing strategies for critical, complex, high\-level, or high\-volume candidate searches, leveraging multiple channels and data\-driven approaches\.
+ Develop and manage employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing and communications teams to attract top talent and promote the company’s culture and values\.
+ Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent development programs including performance management, career development, succession planning, leadership development, employee training, high\-potential development, and organizational design\.
+ Provide strategic guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on employee growth initiatives, individualized career development strategies, and aligning employee aspirations with organizational objectives
+ Assess and upgrade talent development tools and programs to build leadership and employee capabilities, using data analysis and metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
+ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to maintain and promote succession planning and leadership development programs that proactively address current and future business needs\.
+ Drive employee engagement and retention by leading the development and implementation of initiatives that foster a positive work environment and support employee growth\.
+ Ensure compliance and excellence in all talent processes by maintaining documentation standards, monitoring program effectiveness, and representing the business in enterprise wide talent management and development groups\.
+ Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires\.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or another related field required\.
+ Years Experience: of 6 \-10 years of related human resources experience required, with an emphasis in talent development strongly preferred\.
+ Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, Taleo, Power BI and other HR systems preferred
+ Additional Requirements: Travel, drivers’ license, etc\.
