    **Welcome to Love's!** We are seeking an experienced Technical Systems Analyst II to play a key role in advancing Love’s Workforce Technology Solutions by bridging business needs with innovative technical solutions. This role combines deep platform knowledge with emerging technologies—such as AI, automation, and cloud-native platforms—to optimize workforce management systems and deliver scalable, data-driven insights. The analyst partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements, configure solutions, and drive continuous improvement that enhances employee experience and operational performance. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate in an Agile, collaborative environment.

    Job Functions:

    + Configure and maintain the UKG Pro WFM Time and Schedule system (New Kronos) alongside Workjam (Workforce Management Software).

    + Collaborate with Payroll and Workforce Management business teams to resolve system issues, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

    + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and configuration issues within Workjam and UKG systems, while providing post go-live support to business users.

    + Lead and participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing.

    + Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor SLAs, system health, and project KPIs, while also maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

    + Provide end-user training and support on Workjam and UKG Time and Scheduling systems.

    + Offer technical support for WFM systems (UKG and Workjam), including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.

    + Analyze system workflows, data pipelines, and integration points to recommend improvements.

    + Design and implement AI/ML and automation-enhanced solutions to address workforce challenges and improve scalability.

    + Elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    + Conduct technical demos, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions for business partners.

    + Document and streamline business processes using modeling tools.

    + Support broader team and enterprise goals by proactively contributing to initiatives outside of core responsibilities.

    + **Experience and Qualifications:**

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, MIS or Business. Equivalent experience and/or certification.

    + Technical Certifications (e.g., SAP, UKG, Workjam) preferred

    + 5 years of experience in technical business analysis or systems engineering

    + 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience supporting web and mobile applications

    + 1 to 3 years of experience with workforce management platforms (e.g., UKG, Workjam), time/scheduling systems, or employee engagement tools

    + Hard Skills:

    + Providing technical support for WFM systems (UKG and Workjam), including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.

    + Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables) is essential.

    + Ability to analyze and optimize workflows, integration points, and data pipelines.

    + Soft Skills:

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.

    + Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional Agile teams and work independently when needed.

    + Skilled at managing stakeholder expectations, leading technical initiatives, and influencing decisions.

    + Passion for continuous learning, adaptability to emerging technologies, and resilience in a fast-paced environment

    + **Work Environment:**

    + Prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping

    + Eye strain (screen use)

    + Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator

    + Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

    + Requires normal range of hearing and vision
