    What You'll Do

    + **Lead Culinary Strategy** : Develop and execute a forward-thinking culinary program that elevates the dining experience for our clients.

    + **Inspire and Mentor** : Train, lead, and develop a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

    + **Menu Innovation** : Design seasonal, trend-forward menus using fresh, local ingredients and diverse cooking styles.

    + **Operational Excellence** : Oversee ordering, inventory, food safety, and kitchen operations to ensure consistency and quality.

    + **Sustainability Focus** : Champion sustainable sourcing and environmentally conscious practices in all aspects of food preparation.
