What You'll Do

+ Lead daily food service operations with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

+ Manage and mentor frontline staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

+ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align food services with patient care goals.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Sodexo policies.

+ Drive operational efficiency and cost control while maintaining high service standards.

+ Implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and patient experience.
