Role Overview
**Sodexo** is seeking a **Patient Experience Manager** at **SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital** located in **Richmond Heights, MO.** This strategic leadership role will oversee customer experience for the food and environmental services departments at this hospital
What You'll Do
+ improve and maintain high-level of patient experience with the patient room service dining program
+ rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction
+ help develop and train frontline teams and supervisors
+ help oversee department safety and sanitation
+ ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
+ engage with patients, guests, staff, and nurses

MinimumEducation Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years
MinimumFunctional Experience – 1 year experience in Service Recovery role at large hospitality or hospital environment
