**Location:** Hybrid, based in Central Florida
The role you'll contribute:
The Director of Value-Based Finance (Director) for Well65 is a unique position and the individual must possess a variety of skillsets. The Director must possess a variety of skillsets and will function in strategic, tactical, analytical, and managerial roles, depending on the initiative. The Director must have a thorough financial acumen around physician practice finances, including both value-base care arrangements (Medicare Advantage and CMMI Initiatives) and traditional fee-for-service activity.
The Director will assess the financial viability, opportunity and risk of Well 65 growth, as well as strategically identify ways to drive economic success of current and future operations. The Director will develop business plans and educate senior leadership on the new opportunities being assessed. For existing operations, the Director will oversee the refinement of reporting for value-based financial performance at the practice level, necessary analytical packages to inform our operators of key focus areas and opportunities, and benchmarking reports against market competitors. In addition, the Director will coordinate the production of monthly financial statements, the budget process, the capital process, and measure accountability around financial targets with the accounting, finance, and population health support teams.

+ Lead monthly financial close processes, reporting, and analysis ensuring accuracy and strategic insight.
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5 years hospital finance experience
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree
+ 3 years of applicable healthcare financial management experience, including operational involvement and/or project management
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
