    The role you will contribute:

    The Epic Information Systems Revenue Cycle Team Supervisor Analyst has a comprehensive understanding of system build and implementation, the ability to analyze and understand business problems, and the knowledge to make solution recommendations that meet the organizational goals of maintaining clinical, revenue cycle and business systems. They provide a secure, effective, integrated patient care delivery system that continually improves outcomes, reduces cost, increases efficiency, and enhances patients' experiences. The Epic Information Systems Revenue Cycle Team Supervisor Analyst must utilize the knowledge of clinical, revenue cycle and business practice, computer science, and information technology to manage data and determine components that are suitable to build while maintaining alignment with the professional standards of practice. They are responsible for coordinating with physicians and end users in the analysis and documentation of workflows, performing gap analysis, identifying needed process changes, and developing future workflows during the implementation of new solutions or functionality. The ability to communicate with all levels of hospital Leadership, clinicians, physicians, and ancillary department staff is essential for this position. The Epic Information Systems Revenue Cycle Team Supervisor leads a team of analysts that design, build, implement, support, and test multiple Epic and/or 3rd party applications including but not limited to the following: Working with the team manager, provides direct application team oversight and management to deliver IT services Provides guidance and act as a resource for other analysts, project managers, and consultants Sets and measures performance objectives and provides regular one-on-one feedback to members of the team Evaluates the performance of direct reports, and provides ongoing coaching and staff development Addresses individual staff performance problems as needed

    + Understands facility department processes, assesses workflows, identifies gaps, and defines changes for new solutions.

    + Designs, builds, and configures modules and supporting applications, maintaining system documentation and process steps.

    + Creates test scripts for end-to-end workflow testing, performs unit, system, and integration testing, and documents outcomes.

    + Stays updated on industry trends and system updates to ensure current knowledge.

    + Ensures software modifications and upgrades meet system specifications and organizational standards.

    + Follows standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases, documenting system upgrades and new system releases.

    + Leads cross-functional projects using project management skills, tools, and methodologies.

    + Communicates project status, issues, end-user concerns, budget, and milestones effectively.

    + Participates in and leads meetings, reporting status updates, accomplishments, tasks, and barriers to management.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Epic, third-party solutions and Microsoft products.

    + Develops collaborative relationships with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.

    + Troubleshoots issues, initiates escalation procedures, and recommends resolutions.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    + Associate College Degree (A.S, B.A., B.S. or commensurate experience) in a field of study such as business, IS, or a healthcare related Required

    + Leadership Experience Required

    + 5 Work Experience Required

    + Microsoft Office suite experience; proficient in PowerPoint and Visio presentations

    + Experience leading teams and providing feedback

    + Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

    + Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

    + Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Work with minimal guidance

    + Rapid learner

    + Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within deadline constraints

    + Advanced knowledge of HL7 concepts and operating within an integrated healthcare applications environment

    + Ability to work with no supervision

    + 5 years of clinical, revenue cycle, business or technical background

    + EMR application/implementation experience

    + Knowledge of clinical/revenue cycle/business/technical workflow

    + EPIC Credential (EPIC CRED) Required
