The role you'll contribute:
Under the direct supervision of the FANS director and management team, the cashier assists in the preparation, set up, serving and sales of food and beverage in the cafe. Operates cash register. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, front of house equipment and maintains safety standards.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Prepare and mble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.
Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.
Operate dishroom equipment and caf registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
1 years of Work Experience (Preferred).
