**Shift:** Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5PM
The role you will contribute:
The Strategy Project Manager is responsible for providing project management and support to the organization and department as assigned. This position ensures the successful execution of company-wide projects and campaigns by maintaining smooth workflows and meeting established deadlines. Additionally, this role serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional projects and campaigns, managing relationships and expectations with cross-functional teams. In addition, this position develops project timelines and production calendars based on strategic prioritization, planning, and resource utilization. Collaborates with leadership to manage the strategic planning, implementation, and analysis for all projects and campaigns.

Facilitates strong communication within the team, working with sub-team leads to delegate tasks and ensure successful completion of multiple projects.
Identifies issues, manages stakeholder expectations, and offers recommendations for creative solutions based on priorities and development roadmap.
Develops an overall project view with a focus on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues.
Maintains constant communication with stakeholders to understand their initiatives in projects and campaigns.
Navigates all projects through the appropriate approval process.
Leads team meetings to review current projects, strategize new projects, determine priorities, and establish deadlines.
Leads post-mortem meetings to evaluate project and campaign outcomes, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.
Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, executing large projects, and managing multiple deadlines.
Collaborates with leadership across the region to manage the strategic planning, implementation, and analysis for all projects and campaigns.
Oversees strategic planning and successful execution of projects and campaigns from inception to final product, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting deadlines.
Manages deliverables for projects and campaigns, coordinating with in-house creative teams to produce required assets.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Associates degree
3 experience in healthcare consulting or management experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, to various internal
and external stakeholders
Ability to tailor messages to audiences at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills
Ability to focus detailed concentrated effort on multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary
Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines
Initiative and ability to work independently (self-direction) while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximal efficiency and effectiveness
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
MS Office Suite
Understanding of social media vernacular and trends
Professional attitude and conduct; trustworthy and works with discretion
Willing to learn new technology or processes
Experienced with finance and accounting skills with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of research vernacular and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, or project management
+ Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification
+ Bachelor's degree
