The Mobile Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role includes surveying, troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and other systems within the facility. The Mobile Technician will work closely with account manager and project manager to ensure projects and surveys are completed in a timely manner and meet all quality standards. Job requires regular travel within the region and some airline travel. Travel 80%

Pay: $35.00/hr (http://35.0.0.0/hr)
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
**401(k)** – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 (http://0.0.0.50/) for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
**Vehicle** – A vehicle, necessary equipment, and fuel card will be provided.
