Overview
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support administrative operations within our parking services team. This role includes general office duties and occasional valet parking responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in both office and outdoor environments.
**Pay:** $23.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
+ Answer phone calls and emails, and assist customers with inquiries related to parking services
+ Maintain accurate records of parking permits, violations, and transactions
+ Assist with scheduling and coordinating parking assignments and valet services
+ Provide valet parking services when needed, ensuring safe and courteous handling of vehicles
+ Monitor inventory of office and parking supplies and place orders as necessary
+ Support the team with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record **(required)**
+ Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred
+ Ability to drive and park various types of vehicles safely
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Working Conditions:
+ Office and outdoor parking environments
+ May require standing, walking, and driving for extended periods
+ Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs
