PDS Tech Commercial is Hiring Seasonal Dispatch Associates For a Leader in the Distribution Industry!

**Location:** Latham, NY | **Pay Rate:** $15.50 - $19.33/hour | **Schedule:** PT/Seasonal (M-F) 10:45pm - 4:15am

As a Dispatch Associate, you’ll be at the heart of daily logistics operations—keeping drivers, trailers, and shipments moving smoothly and on schedule. Your attention to detail and coordination skills will directly impact the efficiency and success of a world-class distribution network.

What You’ll Do

+ Record inbound and outbound equipment to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.

+ Monitor scheduled versus actual equipment types to maintain smooth operations.

+ Utilize Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) reports to dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes.

+ Key-enter driver timecards accurately and promptly.

+ Conduct outside yard checks to verify trailer positions align with the computer system.

+ Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions—cold, heat, rain, or snow—wearing appropriate attire for safety and comfort.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

+ Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

+ Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with scheduling or tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations.

+ Knowledge of Feeder Scheduling Systems (FSS) or similar dispatch tools.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Pay Details:** $15.50 to $19.33 per hour
