**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a proactive and organized **Assistant Project Manager** to support a high-profile corporate initiative. This role offers the opportunity to lead project coordination efforts, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure.

+ Develop project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively.

+ Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.

+ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Communicate project status and updates clearly and consistently.

+ Analyze reports and assess project impact.

+ Support documentation and note-taking during meetings and workshops (Copilot/recording tools not permitted).

+ Participate in workshops and meetings onsite in Charlotte.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

+ 3–5 years of project management or related experience.

+ Strong leadership and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.

+ Ability to manage complexity and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

+ Experience in mergers & acquisitions or large-scale transformations.

+ Ability to influence without direct authority.

+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

+ Comfort with ambiguity and change.

**Pay Details:** $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
