    Competitive pay at $47,840/year for 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri).

Every spray, mask, and inspection you perform contributes directly to PDS Tech Commercial’s reputation for excellence.

    What You’ll Do at PDS Tech Commercial:

    + Apply conformal and silicone coatings by hand and using PVA machines, following blueprints and work instructions.

    + Mask, prep, bake, inspect under black light, and touch up assemblies to ensure flawless coatings.

    + Execute potting processes using Asymtec equipment with precision and care.

    + Keep your workspace organized, maintain equipment, and follow strict safety and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams to prioritize work and resolve issues.

    + Support team growth by mentoring new employees and assisting in cross-department tasks.

    What We’re Looking For:

    _Required:_

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience in a similar role.

    + Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and inspection tools.

    + IPC-610 Certification (or willingness to obtain).

    + Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing a respirator (medical evaluation and fit test required).

    + Visual acuity of 20/20 (with or without glasses) and standard color vision.

    _Preferred:_

    + Experience with hand spraying and PVA machine operation.

    + Prior potting experience.

    + Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
