    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Mazak Vertical/Horizontal Machinist (Mazatrol Programming)** for a project located in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This is a full time opportunity and **the pay rate is up to $37/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Program, set up, and run a variety of Mazak machine tools using Mazatrol programming.

    + Work from blueprints and job specifications to plan efficient manufacturing processes.

    + Measure and verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools.

    + Safely use overhead cranes to move large parts and materials.

    + Maintain machine shop equipment and perform routine maintenance.

    + Train and assist coworkers in the proper and safe operation of equipment.

    + Collaborate in person with team members to pro-actively resolve issues.

    + Occasionally perform deburring and assist in improving manufacturing procedures.

    Requirements:

    + 3–5 years of machinist experience (job shop experience is mandatory).

    + Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol or similar CNC machine programming software.

    + Must be able to program and edit Mazatrol programs (non-programmers will not be considered).

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and routings.

    + Proficient in performing metric conversions and geometric calculations.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
