    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **Industrial Refrigeration Technicians** for projects located in and around **Avon, NY** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of **$32-35/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration, steam, compressed air, HVAC, and fire protection systems

    + Operate facility systems including SCADA monitoring and building rounds

    + Perform diagnostics and repairs using hand/power tools and test instruments

    + Fabricate parts for repairs and assist in developing safety and maintenance procedures

    + Participate in emergency response and safety audits (QRMP)

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Must hold or obtain CFC Type I & II EPA certification

    + Physically able to lift 100 lbs, climb, and wear SCBA

    + Willing to join Emergency Response Team

    + Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

    + Preferred: Third Class Stationary Engineer/Steam R4

    + Refrigeration Operator license (Rochester, NY)
