+ **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Civil Engineer** to join our team in planning, designing, and executing a wide variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, dams, irrigation systems, pipelines, and power plants. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and analytical skills and be capable of working independently on complex projects with broad impact. **Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Design and plan civil engineering projects by analyzing maps, blueprints, aerial photographs, and geotechnical data (soil composition, terrain, hydrology, and topography).
+ Create accurate design drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other CAD software, based on project specifications and requirements.
+ Oversee and manage entire projects or technical processes within a civil engineering specialty.
+ Review and approve construction submittals to ensure alignment with design intent and specifications.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative and effective technical solutions.
+ Perform site visits and work directly with contractors to ensure proper implementation of engineering designs during construction.
+ Review technical designs, specifications, and construction methods for accuracy, compliance, and feasibility.
+ Conduct and/or review construction site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
+ Develop technical reports and documentation, including cost estimates and regulatory submittals.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other technical staff.
+ Influence solution design, process improvements, and strategic engineering approaches within project teams. **Basic Qualifications**
+ TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
+ 12+ years of relevant engineering experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience creating detailed design drawings.
+ Demonstrated experience in planning and managing infrastructure projects.
+ Experience reviewing contractor submittals and working with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
+ Strong understanding of geotechnical, hydrological, and structural dynamics principles.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and apply technical solutions to complex problems.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications**
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
+ Experience with cost estimating and construction management tools.
+ Familiarity with sustainability practices and materials in civil engineering design.
+ Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
+ Experience influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring technical staff.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
