Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Advanced Training/Certification Lead to oversee the development and implementation of visual design strategies for advanced training courses, certification programs, and eLearning modules. This role blends visual design leadership with instructional collaboration, ensuring that all training content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards and federal requirements.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Lead the creation and execution of visual design strategies across all advanced training and certification initiatives.
+ Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia developers to produce high-quality visual assets.
+ Design and maintain consistent visual themes, templates, and branding for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training environments.
+ Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508/WCAG) to all visual and interactive content.
+ Oversee the production of infographics, storyboards, motion graphics, and simulations that enhance learner engagement.
+ Provide creative direction, technical guidance, and quality assurance for a team of graphic designers.
+ Ensure all visual deliverables meet certification standards, testing protocols, and applicable federal guidelines.
+ Maintain a digital asset library, including version control and standardized design practices across projects.
+ Generate reports and visual analytics on course performance, learner engagement, and media effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
+ TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in training delivery, instruction, or education.
+ Demonstrated experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, or hybrid environments.
+ Strong knowledge of instructional delivery techniques and adult learning principles.
+ Proficiency in classroom management and training coordination.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for organizing and delivering course content.
+ Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and training analysis.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
+ Experience in course development or curriculum design in addition to delivery.
+ Advanced knowledge of training and development theories, learning psychology, and motivational techniques.
+ Proven ability to resolve complex training challenges using analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience mentoring or training junior-level staff or support employees.
+ Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt style to diverse audiences.
+ Knowledge of industry-specific practices or regulatory requirements related to training.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
