_Leidos Defense Systems Sector is seeking a talented Junior Configuration Management Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Primary Responsibilities

_The Configuration Management Configuration Analyst is responsible for product design changes and the effects of the overall system. Duties include ensuring configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations for data that is created from internal projects or supplied by the customer. Configuration Analyst will work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments. Configuration Analyst will act as a Data Manager and will provide project support in reviewing contents, and delivery of CDRL’s, SDRL’s, item records, change records and other items in a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Configuration Analyst will assist CM team members in producing documentation such as CSA reports, audit reports, and creating data pull outputs as required. Configuration Analyst will support tasks in a dynamic environment, working closely with the CM, engineering, manufacturing, quality and other teams to support products throughout their lifecycle._ _Configuration Analyst will be expected to work on site for a minimum of 4+ days a week._

Basic Qualifications

+ _This position requires a 4 year degree in a relevant applicable field and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience._ _In lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience required._

+ _Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area._

+ _Candidate must have a working knowledge of and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques of technical domain._

+ _Candidate must have working knowledge and experience in configuration change management principles and record types._

+ _Candidate must have working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools._ _(Agile PLM, Oracle Agile, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, Siemens Teamcenter, Aras, etc.)_

+ _Candidate must have working knowledge of bill of materials, technical documents, product drawings, schematics, diagrams and specifications._

+ _Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office products (primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio experience is a plus)_

+ _Candidate must be proficient is Adobe PDF editing software or equivalent_

+ _Candidate must be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams._

+ _Candidate must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented._

+ _Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills._

Preferred Qualifications

_Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge with:_

+ _Microsoft SharePoint collaboration software_

+ _Basic knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software such as CREO, Solidworks, etc._

+ _Basic knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems such as Windchill, Solidworks PDM Pro, etc._

Pay Range:

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
