Are you seeking a new and challenging position supporting a complex program? Well, look no further! This is an exciting time to contribute to an important program with lasting impactful results. Leidos is currently looking to add a Software Engineer (SWE-3) to a growing task. Tasks will include new design and prototyping within a fast-paced Agile team structure.

Position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $25,000!

Job Responsibilities:

+ Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.

+ Debug existing software and correct defects.

+ Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.

+ Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.

+ Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.

+ Write or review software and system documentation.

+ Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 20 years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

+ **Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph**

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Java development experience

+ Proficiency with Git, Linux, Jira, Confluence, Eclipse.

+ Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

+ Experience with React or similar libraries (Vue, Angular).

+ Strong problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to lead technical teams.

+ Experience in complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.

+ Proven ability to ensure quality control of developed and modified software.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
