Want to help lead the way in redefining how we shop online? The Senior Manager – Site Merchandising, Business Operations is a critical leader in enhancing our site’s performance and driving a frictionless customer experience. This person will set the bar for eCommerce business performance, initiative prioritization and operational excellence, by improving the agility and focus of the Site Merchandising team. They will help define and improve OKRs, drive transparency around performance, inform and influence the tech roadmap and requirements, and identify opportunities and scalable best practices.
What you'll do...
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
+ You bring hands‑on site merchandising experience such as category exposure, shelf/page building, promo techniques, campaigns/events, onsite messaging and can translate best practices across verticals.
+ You have an incredible focus on operational excellence and can identify efficiencies through clear metrics and dashboards—raising quality while reducing cycle time and rework.
+ You lead by influence, building trust quickly across Category Site Merch, Analytics, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
+ You have project/program management chops—facilitating independently, aligning many stakeholders, and bringing clarity in ambiguity.
+ You’ve optimized large‑scale support operations (e.g., offshore/BPO) through intake/queue design, SLAs, QA, and playbooks.
+ You’re a data‑driven problem solver who turns insights into action; comfortable with Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
You’ll make an impact by:
+ Monitoring site health via key metrics and dashboards; surfacing opportunities that improve discoverability, conversion, and revenue.
+ Operating with excellence—codifying best‑in‑class workflows, SOPs, and guardrails for page/shelf builds and site messages; coaching teams on adoption.
+ Structuring complex problems and driving cross‑vertical initiatives from intake through launch; maintaining timelines, RAID logs, and action trackers.
+ Partnering as a strategic operator with internal teams to scale governance, standards, and continuous improvement across Site Merch.
+ Informing tooling and automation with Product/Tech to remove manual steps and accelerate execution (kept general—no tool naming).
+ Optimizing support operations by improving triage, queue/tier design, macros/templates, QA, and SLA adherence for a large offshore/external team supporting all SBUs.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field and 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce site merchandising/site operations or a related area.
+ Demonstrated hands‑on site merchandising (shelf/page building, promotions/campaigns, site messages) and project/program management experience leading through influence.
+ Proven process design & improvement experience; practical Lean/Six Sigma exposure (methods such as DMAIC, root‑cause, value‑stream mapping).
+ Strong analytical skills: Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel.
+ Individual contributor role; excels at cross‑functional leadership without direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 8 years related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Site Merchandising, Analytics or related field
+ Master’s degree in business or related field
+ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
+ Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
+ Strategic mindset with ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems
+ Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions, and thirst for continuous improvement
+ Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
+ Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
