Our Digital and Operations Transformation team at Walmart’s Global Talent & Learning is dedicated to modernizing work processes and creating future-focused digital experiences for associates worldwide. The team drives innovative digital solutions with a strong emphasis on agentic approaches that directly impact associates across the company at a global scale. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team leads digital initiatives, enhances business processes, and supports continuous improvement. Members are empowered to influence strategic decisions, foster effective communication, and deliver measurable results that advance Walmart’s operational excellence and associate experience.

What you'll do:

+ Lead execution of multiple digital solution initiatives by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.

+ Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.

+ Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.

+ Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness, conducting gap analyses, and implementing process enhancements aligned with company strategy.

+ Analyze key performance indicators and recommend data-driven adjustments to meet business objectives.

+ Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance service and product capabilities.

What you'll bring:

+ Proven expertise in digital program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion.

+ Strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, and build high-performing teams while establishing clear performance expectations.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

+ Demonstrated experience in process improvement, including gap analysis and implementation of best practices aligned with company strategy.

+ Analytical proficiency to evaluate program performance, conduct ROI analyses, and recommend data-driven adjustments.

+ Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage risks, resolve critical issues, and support continuous learning.

+ Experience in Business requirements refinement and implementation of digital solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
