Position Summary...
As part of Walmart’s Digital and Operations Transformation team within Global Talent & Learning, the Manager, Project Management will play a critical role in executing high-impact digital initiatives that modernize how we work and deliver agentic experiences for associates globally. This role will support a Senior Manager who leads strategic prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and planning with product leads. The Manager will focus on driving execution—working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with transformation goals.

Our Digital and Operations Transformation team at Walmart’s Global Talent & Learning is dedicated to modernizing work processes and creating future-focused digital experiences for associates worldwide. The team drives innovative digital solutions with a strong emphasis on agentic approaches that directly impact associates across the company at a global scale. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team leads digital initiatives, enhances business processes, and supports continuous improvement. Members are empowered to influence strategic decisions, foster effective communication, and deliver measurable results that advance Walmart’s operational excellence and associate experience. **What you'll do:**
+ Drive execution of multiple digital projects by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and deliverables to teams and stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with transformation objectives.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders by educating them on product and program requirements, assessing costs, establishing ROI, and securing resource approvals.
+ Create and implement communication plans to provide regular status updates and minimize the impact of changes.
+ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate changes as needed to ensure successful project transitions and outcomes.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying and addressing opportunities, promoting adaptability, and encouraging ongoing learning.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and providing guidance on business processes.
+ Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging by building high-performing teams, embracing diverse perspectives, and driving positive associate and customer experiences.
What you'll bring:
+ Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of delivering digital solutions and managing multiple projects or work streams.
+ Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and align teams.
+ Proficiency in developing project plans, schedules, and communication strategies to support business objectives.
+ Analytical skills to assess project costs, ROI, and performance, and to recommend data-driven adjustments.
+ Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges, manage risks, and support continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
