Lead the future of supply chain automation as a Senior Manager, Fleet Services Automation Engineering.

This is your opportunity to drive innovation, optimize operations, and shape the next generation of automated solutions at scale—making a direct impact on Walmart’s logistics and customer experience.

What you'll do...

+ Lead strategic automation initiatives across fleet operations, maintenance, and procurement—from concept to deployment.

+ Develop and implement dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, SAP, QuickBase) to monitor KPIs and guide decisions across Walmart Transportation.

+ Oversee equipment lifecycle management, including lease planning, surplus reduction, and tariff mitigation.

+ Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Safety, Procurement) and external vendors to align automation goals with operational needs.

+ Guide system transformation projects ensuring alignment with Walmart’s workflows and data architecture.

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal safety standards through automation and predictive maintenance systems.

What You’ll Bring

+ Proven expertise in automation engineering, project management, process optimization and system integration.

+ Strong operational and financial acumen, including cost optimization and forecasting.

+ Advanced data analytics and visualization skills using Power BI, SAP, and QuickBase.

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar projects.

+ Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and actionable plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.

Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.
