What we're looking for
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on building long-term relationships, expanding existing business, and driving measurable growth. You'll be out in the field meeting cardiologists, practice managers, and hospital administrators—helping them see how our virtual cardiac rehab solutions improve patient lives and deliver measurable value to their organizations.
Your focus: retain and grow existing accounts, drive referrals and renewals, and expand utilization under our national payer contracts. You'll own the revenue and net retention metrics for your territory, with full autonomy to make it happen your way. Reports to CEO.
In-Person Requirement. This position requires you to be in office 3 days a week in New York City.
What You'll Do
+ Grow referral volume and renewals significantly across existing contracts in multiple states.
+ Achieve >100% NRR through upsells, site expansions, and consistent engagement.
+ Build deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders through frequent onsite visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
+ Expand existing accounts by turning satisfied providers into referral champions.
+ Sign and activate new provider groups under existing payer agreements.
Qualifications
+ 5–8 years in provider relations, physician outreach, or healthcare sales, ideally in cardiology, chronic care, or digital health.
+ Proven success expanding existing accounts and driving renewals with ≥$2M annual book of business.
+ Demonstrated experience selling digital health, cardiovascular, or RPM/CCM solutions - with references
+ Clinical or allied health background (RN, Exercise Physiologist, etc.) a plus — ability to “speak clinical
+ Bachelor's degree required; MHA or MBA preferred.
+ Strong comfort with travel, in-person meetings, and relationship-based selling.
+ Experience navigating hospital systems, medical groups, and payer-provider dynamics.
