This position requires a seasoned, collaborative professional who can bridge technical, operational, and business teams — working closely with Facilities Directors, IT/Engineering, Global Real Estate, and Sustainability to execute high-impact infrastructure initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
+ Serve as an SME and strategic advisor on critical infrastructure, utilities, and building systems performance across NBCU facilities.

+ Partner with IT and Facilities to advance Connected Buildings initiatives and integrated work management systems (IWMS).
+ Assist in design reviews (DWGs, plans, schematics) to ensure optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Support Enterprise Tech deliverables, including strategic roadmaps and monthly reporting for connected buildings and IWMS updates.
+ Assist with utilities planning, including power, water, and gas which involves current and future demand forecasting - offset strategies to reduce/avoid overall consumption and future expansion.
+ Coordinate project deliverables and timelines within Facilities & Engineering.
+ Troubleshoot infrastructure and building system issues.
+ Manage vendor relationships and bridge communication between teams.
+ Review designs and plans for MEP and automation systems.
+ Monitor system reliability and performance across facilities.
+ Contribute to predictive analytics and automation initiatives.
+ Support sustainability and energy efficiency projects.
+ Provide on-site oversight at 10 Universal City Plaza, collaborating with internal engineers and contractors.
