    A Day in the Life:

     

    The Sr Director, Fleet Business Transformation will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for developing and driving strategic fleet transformation initiatives, defining and overseeing governance, and ensuring alignment of all initiatives across the organization and with its overarching strategies. This role combines visionary leadership, operational discipline, change management excellence, and a solid understanding of world class digital tools.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Fleet Team’s transformation roadmap

    + Partner with the Fleet leadership team to define strategic priorities and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives

    + Serve as a thought leader and change champion

    + Establish and oversee the governance of Fleet’s strategic initiatives ensuring correct prioritization, robust oversight, and timely execution

    + Lead portfolio level planning including risk management, resource allocation, initiative health, budget, change management, and execution timelines

    + Drive enterprise wide change on lack of data quality in the inputs to key Fleet systems

     

    The target starting rate is 160k, actual salary will be determined based on experience

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred

    + 3+ years of experience in project management, strategic transformation or related positions

    + 5+ years of experience in a leadership position

    + Strong analytical and project management skills

    + Robust communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence

    + Experience managing diverse teams

    + Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
