We’re searching for a remote Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver seamless, high-quality implementations of RLDatix solutions to our global healthcare customers. The Implementation Analyst will lead and execute customer onboarding, configuration, and delivery projects to ensure successful product adoption, on-time go-lives, and exceptional client satisfaction.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Manage SaaS implementation projects end-to-end—from initiation through go-live—to deliver customer-ready solutions on time and within scope.
+ Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure the solution in order to meet unique business processes and workflows.
+ Guide customers in preparing and submitting data needed for migration and validate that data post-import to ensure accuracy.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Support in order to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth handover.
+ Deliver exceptional customer experiences that contribute to team goals of 75% utilization, 100% post-project survey completion, and a 95% CSAT rating.

+ Proven uccess in delivering full-cycle software implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-project review.
+ In-depth knowledge on how to configure, test, and deploy SaaS solutions to align with client operational needs.
+ Ability to work virtually across the U.S. with cross-functional internal and client teams.
+ Sincere interest in helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency, compliance, and contract visibility through technology.
+ A knack for working collaboratively, independently, and proactively within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
