We are always seeking top talent in Commercial Lending.
The ideal candidate should have three or more years of experience in Commercial Lending - Business Development, including lending, relationship management as well as marketing all bank services. Business development will be through CPA's, attorneys, organizations, events, banking sources and branches. The success candidate should have a background in commercial lending - business banking, strong business development skills and experience, formally credit trained with good credit and customer relationship skills.
Successful candidates will possess the following competencies: Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Written and Verbal skills, Credit Trained & Functional and Technical skills.
Compensation includes a base salary commensurate with experience, and excellent benefits including 401K, health benefits and a host of others.
