**Location:** Carlisle, PA

**Shifts & Pay:** 1st Shift – $20/hr | 2nd Shift – $22/hr

**Schedule:** 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts

Join a **leading warehouse and distribution facility** in Carlisle as a **Forklift Operator** ! This is a hands-on role where you’ll **safely move, pick, and organize materials** to keep operations running efficiently. This is a **full-time, temp-to-hire position** with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and Kelly® perks.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

+ Pick, pack, and organize items according to customer orders

+ Scan and track inventory using WMS (Warehouse Management System)

+ Perform routine forklift inspections and TPM maintenance

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

+ Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

What We’re Looking For

+ Valid forklift certification and hands-on experience

+ Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

+ Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally, and perform frequent standing, walking, reaching, twisting, kneeling, or stair climbing
