    Job Description:

    This position executes social media campaigns and manages and builds social channels per Select Health needs and in accordance with the overall marketing strategy. This includes building and interacting with our communities across multiple social media channels, aggregating and managing content, and tracking insights to ensure success. Maintains understanding of what drives conversation among constituencies and what draws others.

    Essential Functions

    + Develops and manages a social media strategy for Select Health. This strategy includes elements such as daily posting, photo campaigns, live chats, real-time polls, contests, social e-commerce, social media integration into existing Select Health mediums, etc.

    + Creates content calendars and syndication schedules based on company initiatives as well as social media trends and innovations.

    + Crafts responses to social media mentions and inquiries and responds according to an approved workflow. Manages daily trends and posts reports on social media channels for mentions of issues which pertain to Select Health

    + Assists with design of social media asset development across Select Health social media channels.

    + Assists in the development and management of the Select Health blog.

    + Monitors and reports on campaign successes on a monthly and quarterly basis.

    + Follows upcoming community events and is nimble in content creation while still following an approval workflow to ensure timely review and placement.

    + Collaborates with clinical partners and internal product lines to ensure cross promotion and long-term exposure.

    Skills

    + Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.

    + Demonstrated experience in cross functional social media channel content development and acquisitions strategies.

    + Demonstrated strong editorial skills with extensive knowledge of style guides.

    + Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams and autonomously.

    + Experience with online community building.

    + Data-driven and analytical.

    Qualifications

    + Two years of experience in creative writing, graphic design, and multimedia production.

    + Two years of editorial or production management experience and experience making deadline decisions.

    + Demonstrated experience in cross functional social media channel content development and acquisitions strategies.

    + Experience in digital marketing.

    + Business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaign experience and business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing campaign experience.

    + Strong project management skills

    + Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate

    + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess team and customer needs.

    + Frequent interactions with colleagues, members, and visitors require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.

    + Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

     

    $27.65 - $43.55
