About this role:

As a PRN Physician with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role:

+ You will practice at Taylorsville KidsCare (https://doctors.intermountainhealth.org/provider/taylorsville-kidscare/4187631) in Taylorsville, Utah – just south of Salt Lake City as your primary clinic

+ You will see pediatric patients ages 0-18 in an Urgent Care setting

+ Your clinical time will be 6-hour or 12-hour shifts, days + evenings, and may fall on a Sunday through Saturday (open 7 days a week)

+ Float shifts at nearby Intermountain KidsCareClinics are expected from time to time; requires an occasional commute

What** **you’ll** **bring:

+ MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

+ Residency training in Pediatrics Required

+ Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

+ Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

+ Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

+ The ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPIC

+ **_Previous_** **_Experience in an urgent care /emergency department setting preferred_**
